Adventurer 4

Welcome to Adventurer 4. We are an upper key stage 2 class. Kerry is our Teacher. Our Teaching Assistants are Pam and Stacey. Our ISA's are Jess and Anna.

Autumn 2:

This half term we have been looking at the books What next and Zoom rocket zoom. The children enjoy having the books read to them and building their own sentence’s.

Maths this term we have been looking at numbers 0-5 use rhymes and practical experience’s

The children enjoyed our topic the Iron Age. The children dressed up, painted shields made bread and jewellery.

We explored electricity to see how things work eg with a plug ,batteries and buttons

We have worked hard during our maths and phonics lessons and continue to practice our communication skills daily.

All the children have done so well in there swimming lessons this term.

Spring 1:

Our topic next term is USA road trip. 

In Science we are looking at living things and their habitats 

Reminders:

• Forest school is on Friday morning. If you are able, please send in a complete set of clothes for your child to change in to, especially as we head towards the colder and wetter weather.(labelled please) 

  PE is on a Tuesday morning and Wednesday afternoon; kits will be sent home at the end of term. Can you please return it at the start of term (labelled please?)
