SherbrookNew Pupils Welcome
We would just like to take the opportunity of welcoming you and your child to Sherbrook Primary School and hope that you will all have a happy association with the school.
If you have been offered and have accepted a place at Sherbrook, we will use initial data from the SEND referral documentation to create a record for your child. As we approach the start date for them joining us, you will be sent a parent link to log-in to Arbor, this will allow you to update contact information or add in new contacts as necessary.
Online or paper registration forms are available on request from the school office.
Please note that to complete the process we also need to see your child’s birth certificate in order to verify their date of birth and to confirm parental responsibility. Please also let us see any Legal Orders / Adoption Certificates if applicable.
